Some of the biggest names in gymnastics have been added to the Superstars of Gymnastics line-up to appear alongside Simone Biles and Max Whitlock at The O2, London on Saturday, March 23, 2019, with many more major names still to be announced.

Two-time Olympic gold medallist Aliya Mustafina of Russia and Germany’s Fabian Hambüchen, a gold medallist on horizontal bars at Rio 2016, have been confirmed alongside Englishmen Courtney Tulloch and Sam Oldham.

Tulloch won two gold medals at this year’s Commonwealth Games, taking top spot on rings and the team medal with England. He also won Commonwealth Silver on vault and two medals at the recent European Championship – bronze on the rings and silver in the team all-around.

Oldham helped Team GB to men’s team all-around bronze at London 2012 and has won no fewer than four European Championship silver medals (three times on horizontal bar, and team in 2014). He was also part of the England team that took all-around gold at the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games.

Mustafina, whose decorated career saw her collect uneven bars gold and team silver at both the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympics, said: “I am so excited to be taking part in the Superstars of Gymnastics. With the names already announced I know this is going to be a great day of gymnastics with many of the top stars from around the world.

“I have fantastic memories of London from 2012 – it is where I won my first Olympic medals including my first gold so I cannot wait to be back at The O2 and I know the British fans will create another special atmosphere.”

Hambüchen added: “I am very excited to join the Superstars of Gymnastics alongside the biggest names in the sport. I have good memories from 2012 of winning Olympic Silver on horizontal bars at The O2 and I am looking forward to returning to London. I know the fans there will create an electric atmosphere and with so many top names performing it is going to be a very special day.”
